Conference Tour Hopen (Adria)

Entitled Hopen: The ambition of an open tower and a new sense of purpose, this conference highlighted the agency’s low-carbon restructuring project for the Hopen Tower (formerly called the Adria Tower) in La Défense.

Jean Mas spoke alongside Grégory Frapet and Charles Ragons, respectively Chairman of the Executive Board and Director of Asset Management of Primonial REIM France, and Yohann Marcet, Managing Director of Groupe SOS Consulting, in order to present Ateliers 2/3/4/’s approach to this project, which is designed to open up the Tower to the city through a mixed and renewed programme (restaurants, conferences, offices, housing and services, etc.), an enhancement of its strong form and an intensification of the reception areas.

Through this project, Ateliers 2/3/4/ demonstrates once again its know-how and its long experience in the field of restructuring, transformation and low-carbon rehabilitation projects within the framework of mixed programmes, in particular on tower projects.
